Cd's, Dvd's and VHS Tapes
Cd covers are made of solid polystyrene as are some yoghurt containers.and the Cd's are a mix of aluminium and plastic. The recycler will usually remove the metallic coating from the disc allowing the plastic to be recycled others crush ans use in concrete. Hills Recycling will deliver cds, dvds and cover to recycling depots. We now accept VHS tapes and floppy discs. Note : CD and DVD Covers only can now go in the kerbside recycle bin in the Yarra Ranges shire. but not zippered cases thanks.

Reverse Art Ringwood and Narre Warren and Resource Rescue Bayswater will take cds for craft. ( not cases)
